Terms of Purchase
Delivery
All goods are shipped either with Early Bird or Postnord using the Varubrev service. With this service, orders are delivered directly outside your door or to your mailbox, and you will receive an SMS from Postnord/Early Bird when the package has been delivered. Sometimes a bag with the package is hung on your mailbox. If the package cannot be delivered to your address, it will be sent to the nearest service point, and you will be informed via SMS. Our normal delivery times are 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. If there are any delays in delivery (without prior notification of a longer delivery time), please email us at hello@plume.se.
Order Information
Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Therefore, it is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. The confirmation contains all information about your order, including product information, prices, billing, and shipping addresses, etc. If there is any error in the order, you should immediately contact us by email at hello@plume.se. You must be 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.
Prices
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, and incorrect pricing information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Shipping
Shipping costs 49 SEK for all orders under 699 SEK. For orders over 699 SEK, shipping is free. We offer delivery throughout Sweden.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods from the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the date you receive a product that you have ordered, in accordance with consumer law.
When using your right of withdrawal:
You must inform us that you wish to withdraw. The message should be sent to hello@plume.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items are being returned.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during the return, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
A return fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from the refund amount. We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value if the product has been used or damaged.
Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to postpartum pads, postpartum panties, and net panties for hygiene reasons.
Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (plombed) and where the seal has been broken by you.

Complaints and Claims
Please explain why you do not accept the product and in what way you believe it is defective to hello@plume.se. We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How to Proceed with a Complaint?
Any defects should always be reported to hello@plume.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot fix the issue or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product proves not to be defective under current consumer protection laws. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), read more at www.arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damage that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers.
We accept no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
Changes to the Terms of Purchase
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
Dispute and Choice of Law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, www.arn.se. If you reside in another EU country, you can submit a complaint online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, see https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In case of dispute, we follow the decision from ARN or corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
